Terms of Use for the 44X Independent Demo Guide

This page explains the scope of this independent guide, the nature of the virtual-coin demo for harmonic arithmetic gap Claim, and specific rules regarding balance restoration, data storage, and round persistence. This demo does not certify or reproduce any outside product, nor does it imply a specific operator, licence, or financial service.

Demo Mechanics: harmonic arithmetic gap Claim

The game uses twelve independent fair binary steps that reveal three four-bit blocks. The scoring and payout follow the exact rules below, not standard family rules.

Rules and Scoring

  • Decode each completed block as 0..15 and add 1 to obtain integers a, b, c (each 1..16).
  • Raw terminal statistic: (a+b+c)*(a*b+b*c+c*a)-9*a*b*c.
  • Subtract global minimum 0 and preselect linear/squared/cubed reward weight.
  • Live gross quote is 0.97 times conditional expected terminal weight divided by initial expected terminal weight. Quote may rise, fall or become zero.
  • Manual collect or preset first-crossing auto 1.25/1.75/2.5; zero resolves before cashout; automatic crossing at an earlier step resolves before later-step zero.
  • Final step 12 collects surviving current quote. One captured stake; settings/refill lock; fractional carry persists; unfinished reload loses stake.

Score Function

function score(mask){return statistic((mask>>8)+1,(mask>>4&15)+1,(mask&15)+1)-CFG.min;}

Controls and Modes

  • Selectable stakes 10, 20, 50 or 100 play coins; default 20. Settings, restoration and starting another round are locked while a round is active.
  • Choose linear, squared or cubed reward weight before the captured stake.
  • Automatic collection may be off or set to 1.25, 1.75 or 2.50. An earlier crossed auto threshold settles before a later zero event; quote zero takes precedence over cashout at the same event.

Payout and Settlement

  • One captured stake per round. At settlement floor(raw gross return + stored fractional carry) is credited; remainder persists. Zero-return rounds leave fractional carry unchanged.

Stopping and Auto

  • Collect current quote; exact first-crossing automatic thresholds off/1.25/1.75/2.5; zero resolves first at same event. Process prior crossed events before later crash; surviving terminal step 12 collects current quote.

Mathematical Evidence and RTP

Simulation measurements are supporting sample observations, not the mathematical payout law or a promised return. Exact expectations differ from sample estimates and rounded display values.

Wallet, Balance and Restoration

While no round is active and the balance is below 10, manual restoration sets it to exactly 1,000 coins.

Balance Restoration

  • Initial Balance: 1000 play coins.
  • Restoration Kind: Manual-set.
  • Eligibility: Available while idle and balance below 10.
  • Effect: Sets balance to exactly 1000. It does not add coins; it resets the total.

Fractional Carry

  • Fractional carry persists in browser localStorage across settlement, refill and reload. Refill does not clear it.
  • At settlement, floor(raw gross return + stored fractional carry) is credited; remainder persists. Zero-return rounds leave fractional carry unchanged.

Reload Policy and Persistence

Settled wallet values persist locally. Reloading ends an unfinished round without refund or resumption; there is no account recovery or cash withdrawal.

  • Unfinished Reload: Captured stake remains deducted; unfinished round ends without refund, payout, continuation or resume.
  • Controls After Reload: Default stake 20 and first preset are restored.
  • Busy Controls: Stake, mode selectors, refill and a second round remain locked until settlement. Manual collection processes elapsed steps before collecting the current surviving quote.

Privacy and Storage

The observations below describe this page and its browser storage. The absence of account or payment controls in the demo does not prove that no personal data are processed. These observations do not establish anonymity, encryption guarantees or third-party retention and data-use policies.

Observed Storage

  • Virtual-coin balance stored in browser localStorage.
  • Fractional payout carry stored in browser localStorage.

Third-Party Requests

  • The page template loads Google Fonts stylesheets and font files.

The page also includes a Statinside counter and a fallback pixel when JavaScript is disabled. These observations are not an exhaustive inventory of data processing.

Scope and Identity

This guide does not establish an outside operator identity, licence or official service. The demo belongs to this independent guide and does not certify or reproduce any outside product.

  • Account Flow: none.
  • Payment Flow: none.
  • Virtual Coins Cash Value: false.
  • Terms: Terms explain this guide's own scope; they do not invent legal releases or establish an outside company's policies.

Frequently asked questions

Does reloading the page refund an unfinished round?

No. An unfinished round ends without refund, payout, continuation or resume. The captured stake remains deducted.

How does the balance restoration work?

When the balance is below 10 and the demo is idle, you can manually restore it. This action sets the balance to exactly 1000, rather than adding a specific amount of coins.

Are the virtual coins real money?

No. The virtual coins have no cash value. They are used for demonstration purposes only and do not require a deposit or offer withdrawal.
